New Student Application Information 2024-25

Thank you for choosing St. Michael School! The St. Michael School application, registration, and tuition for the 2023-2024 school year will be on-line through FACTS!

New Student Applications open on Wednesday, Feb. 14th, at 7:30AM.

The following documents will need to be uploaded during the application process:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Immunizations 

At this time, new families will be able to create a FACTS account and fill out an application for their child for the 2024-25 school year in FACTS. It is very important that you complete the online application process and submit the packet to ensure that your child's application is completed. FACTS charges a one-time application fee of $22 per new student. Once you have submitted your application, St. Michael School will review each applicant, and you will be contacted via email once your child is accepted. At this time, you will finish the registration process and set up a tuition payment plan through FACTS. The registration fee is $225 per student if your application is completed during the Feb. 14th - March 13th application period. If your application is completed after March 13th, the registration fee increases to $300 per student.

All new incoming kindergarten through 7th grade students will go through a new student assessment before being accepted. The new student assessment is scheduled with parents at a later date. You will be contacted about the time for your child's assessment following the application period. St. Michael School is committed to a quality educational experience. New student assessment is part of the enrollment process and is intended to gauge a student's broad learning experiences across the curriculum. The information obtained through the assessment assists teachers in guiding continuous learning and provides a smooth educational transition for all students. 

St. Michael School requires parents to pay tuition through FACTS. FACTS offers payment with automatic bank draft or credit card. If using a credit card, you will be charged a 2.75% fee. FACTS payment fees include 1 or 2 payments – $25.00 (one-time payment) paid to FACTS or 3 or more payments –$55.00(one-time payment) paid to FACTS. Please note that these one-time FACTS fees are charged by FACTS independently for the use of the FACTS system and are not collected by St. Michael School.
